If you already know who you are, and your life is running smoothly because you “stand” in your identity, then congratulations. That is quite an accomplishment, especially if you belong in one of the minority personality groups. (How Society Works) Keep it up, the more people who are living in their original state, the healthier and stronger our society will become.

If you are struggling with “knowing” yourself, and how you fit in. The simple truth can make all of the difference in the world in your own success and happiness. Everything from what career you should persuit, to who you are compatible with, can minimize the conflicts surrounding your job and your personal relationships. Allowing you to create a much more peaceful existence that flows with the energy of society. Knowing who the others are in your life, makes it easier to understand how they perceive the world around you as well, to better relate to and communicate with them. In all of your relationships, whether they be professional, or personal, even being able to better understand your own children, having their personal inventory provides tools for us to use. An understanding which allows you to make a more informed choice regarding what motivates them to behave a certain way. Insight, that allows for reduced conflict in your life and the lives of those around you.

As I have already stated, we are all born as who we are. Sometimes, our parents, or the people who serve in our lives to provide life lessons, teach us things that are in direct conflict with our core personalities. We may be an “explorer” with a parent who is a “builder” (explained here, how society works). Because of the differences in these two different groups, the “builder” parent, will most likely apply pressure to bring the “explorer” child into conformity. This is a prime example of how sometimes there is dysfunction within families by people who are not abusers. This kind of dysfunction is a natural result of a clash caused by how each different group perceives and relates to society as a whole. It can also be something simple like whether or not someone thinks specifically, or abstractly.

The result of this conflict, creates people who “talk” like one group, but “walk” like another. Because at some subconscious level we all pick up on the difference, it sets an alarm off that tells others, something isn’t quite right here. This tiny little, most often correctable issue, can cause problems in your life ranging from not being able to keep a position, to issues in your personal relationships. It causes confusion, a desire to be in conformity, but an inability to make it all make sense. Ultimately the result can be mildly debilitating to downright disastrous.

At Profiles by Fossett, the unique way the individuals are identified can be used to locate and correct core beliefs and life lessons to align, or correct issues related to your “walk” not matching your “talk”. Allowing you to find your way to standing in your own unique, identity. Correcting these internal conflicts allows for a more fulfilled way of life.
