I became interested in who people are well over a decade ago. One day I picked up a book on Archetypes and I became fascinated with the information contained within. I have been consuming and assimilating knowledge in this area ever since. I began to see how beneficial it was for myself to know who others are, useful on a daily basis. Simply from the ability to quickly and accurately analyze things like specific spoken language, body language, facial expressions, and presentation, I gained a new perspective on the identities of people.
The new understanding led to looking at how different people think and relate. Why some people get along, and why some people can’t seem to understand. In the last 4 years, I have been perfecting my abilities, and using my knowledge to help individuals in “conflict” or with relationship issues. As well, the unbelievable number of people in career crisis related to our economy. Providing consulting services for people who have somehow crossed my path, out of the sincere desire to “see” everyone succeed in their personal endeavors, is how all of this started. Their gratitude, and encouragement is what has led to Profiles by Fossett becoming a service available for the general public.
While in whole my process is a composite of all of this material. I do not rely on “gut” instincts as some of the others in this industry would like to imply. Over the years, I have learned several different ways to identify individuals. I now rely on a concrete and specific measurable set of criteria, that crosses all barriers such as culture, and language.
The confidentiality of my clients and my own need to remain anonymous, prevents me from providing references on my site, but they are available upon request for serious inquiries only.
